Does Guardian own the central station or do they subcontract monitoring?  Guardian owns and operates its monitoring station and they never subcontract their monitoring as other security companies do.

Does Guardian's Central Station have power backup?  Yes.  They have standby power that is continuosly tested and audited every week under the strict guidelines of Underwriters Laboratories.

How are my calls routed?  Your system's signals are received through a telecommunications system that operates on high priority, fiber-optic, 800-phone lines.
