capabilities and Central Monitoring Station: Does Guardian own the central station or do they subcontract monitoring? Guardian
owns and operates its monitoring station and they never subcontract their monitoring as other security companies do. Does Guardian's Central Station have power backup? Yes. They have
standby power that is continuosly tested and audited every week under the strict guidelines of Underwriters Laboratories. How are my calls routed? Your system's signals are received through a telecommunications
system that operates on high priority, fiber-optic, 800-phone lines. Do you offer cellular backup services? Yes! If you are concerned about your
phone line being cut or if you simply don't desire to have a land line any longer, our Uplink Cellular Backup service is for you. Uplink is also for you if you own a structure such as a barn, hunting cabin, or
a vacation/retreat home only occupied on an occasional basis. This service allows you to have your property protected
from a remote location with no phone service required. *You can receive an alarm signal via phone, web, email, text
